DIRECT PRIMARY CARE
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a medical service provided by family physicians. This service allows you to have a direct relationship with your doctor.
The Direct Primary Care Model means that you pay a monthly (or yearly) fee, similar to a cell phone bill. This fee covers all or most primary care services adjusted to your particular needs. This will include your annual check-up, acute care needs, general questions about staying healthy, and mostly the peace of mind that comes knowing that your health is taking care of

Telehealth allows a patient to stay connected with his/her physician without an in-person visit by utilizing audio and video technology. In compliance with the State of Utah set of regulations a primary care providers must follow, we are unable to prescribe OPIOIDS.
